Planning

We may or may not have met, so our first step in the process is to put a face to the name. We can chat to figure out some basic ideas about what you are looking for.
Further discussions will help us to paint a more precise picture of your needs – this may be once, it may a few times. In the end, we should be able to review our discussions and define exactly what you need.

Design

Once the planning is complete, the design process begins. Design may involve a blank piece of paper and pencil, or perhaps a blank screen and a mouse. The idea that fits the brief generally will not be our first thought, but with research, thinking and brainstorming the ideas will flow. Several of these ideas might fit the brief, so then it is back to the client. Your feedback will result in the refinement of your favourite concept. With that, we can attend to the important details such as form, colour, images, fonts and photos. Hopefully, you will be happy with the solution, so then it is on to production.

Production

So – you’ve signed off the final design, production can begin. Production may be large or small, electronic or printed, in-house or out. In any event, we can take care of monitoring this crucial stage of the process so you don’t have to worry about it.
